Guide to Return-to-Work Support Practices following an Absence due to a Mental Health Problem

Abstract

Based on the results of several occupational mental health research projects funded by the IRSST, this promotional activity consists of producing a guide to facilitate the implementation of an integrated return-to-work and employment-retention process following an absence due to a mental health problem.
This guide will be intended for managers, human resources managers, assistance program managers, workers and their union representatives, as well as OHS preventionists.
