The IRSST’s laboratories offer a service to test the slip resistance of work shoes and boots. The service is available to protective footwear manufacturers, OHS prevention and intervention managers, and purchasing managers. The tests are conducted in accordance with standards or methods such as ISO 13287, SATRA TM144 and ASTM F2913.
