To enhance data security and protect access to its ClicLab application, the IRSST is implementing a new two-factor authentication mechanism. This measure will take effect as of June 10, 2025.

Why this step?

Cybersecurity is a priority for the IRSST. By integrating two-factor authentication into ClicLab, our objective is to:

• Prevent unauthorized access to the application;
• Protect sensitive data;
• Increase platform users’ trust.

What users need to know

As of the effective date:

1. When they log in to ClicLab, users must first enter their usual identifiers;
2. They will then receive a verification code by email;
3. They must enter this code to access their account.
