Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, Ghislain Dufour has a master’s degree in industrial relations from Université de Montréal. He has held the positions of Personnel Director and Assistant Director at Hôpital Maisonneuve and of Special Advisor at the Centre des dirigeants d’entreprise. A key figure in the Québec business community, he served successively as Executive Vice-President and Chairman of the Board of the Conseil du patronat du Québec (CPQ) from 1969 to 1997.
