Profile

An IRSST employee since May 2016, Jessica Dubé has been a researcher since October 2019. She holds an interdisciplinary doctorate in health and society from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), which she earned in March 2018. Her thesis concerned preventive practices with workers from employment agencies. She is also a lecturer in various university human resource programs. Her research interests concern occupational health and safety (OHS) management, and more specifically, the cohabitation of diverse populations in the workplace, small enterprises and intercultural relations. She uses an essentially qualitative methodological approach: grounded theory, case studies and collaborative research.
