Caroline Jolly is a researcher specializing in ergonomics who has been working at the IRSST since 2012. She works on interdisciplinary research projects in different industries, including agriculture. Her work is based on intervention research mobilizing the participation of various players in the work world, including both workers and decision-makers, with the goal of advancing knowledge and partnering to develop transformative actions.
