Profile

Mélanie Huard has worked in the IRSST’s Laboratory Division since 2009. She is in charge of coordinating the analyses performed by the solvent laboratory and the direct-reading instrument, pump and flowmeter laboratory. Awarded a bachelor’s degree in chemistry by Université Laval in 2001, Ms. Huard completed a M.Sc. in 2003. Through her various past work experiences and her work at the IRSST, she has specialized in gas phase chromatography and mass spectrometry analysis. Her main area of expertise is the analysis of organic compounds found in the environment.
