Profile

Philippe Sarazin has worked in the IRSST’s Chemical and Biological Hazard Prevention research field since 2009. He holds a doctorate in Toxicology and Risk Assessment from the Université de Montréal, and his field of expertise is the science of exposure assessment (exposure science). Mr. Sarazin’s research interests concern primarily documenting exposures in industries of interest, identifying the determinants of occupational exposure (mainly by using empirical statistical models), as well as analyzing and using existing data on occupational exposure to chemical substances measured by professionals in the workplace in both Québec and internationally.
