Profile

Maud Gonella, who holds a research master’s degree in ergonomics, has worked as a scientific professional at the IRSST since 2006. She has coordinated numerous ergonomic action-research projects aimed at the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders and the transformation of work situations in a variety of industries ranging from aerospace, assembly and construction to the municipal sector. Ms. Gonella also participates in more fundamental research projects (laboratory research, literature reviews). For several years, she has been involved in the French-speaking ergonomist community, in particular as the editing supervisor of the scientific journal Perspectives interdisciplinaires sur le travail et la santé (PISTES).
