Ali Bahloul / Professional researcher grade 2

B.App.Sc. Fluid Mechanics; M.Sc. Fluid Dynamics and Transfers; Ph.D. Fluid Mechanics

Profile

A researcher at the IRSST since 2005, Ali Bahloul has developed expertise in the field of industrial ventilation and indoor air quality. He is an associate professor at Montréal’s École de technologie supérieure and Concordia University, as well as an adjunct professor at Université de Montréal. Mr. Bahloul’s research aim is to anticipate, identify, evaluate and control exposure to chemical substances and biological agents. His work focuses on developing and validating methods for revaluating ventilation efficiency, studying ventilation system components and aeraulic parameters of emission, and developing and validating source capture devices. He also works on developing and using analytical methods.  In addition, Ali has expertise in hydrodynamic instability, dual diffusion and heat and mass transfers.
