Alberto Morales works at the IRSST as a scientific professional in the Laboratories Division. Since earning his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering in 1997, he has always worked in the field of occupational health and safety. He holds a master’s degree in environmental and occupational health from the Université de Montréal. Before joining the IRSST, Alberto worked for several years as an occupational hygienist in both the private and public sectors. He is responsible for the direct-reading instrument (DRI) calibration laboratory, the ventilation laboratory (maintenance and calibration of personal pumps, flow meters, and anemometers), and field assessments.
