Impact of method of managing technological and organizational changes on occupational health and safety in relation to OHS social representations Abstract The author was interested in the consequences on OHS, for companies, organizations and workers, of the management of technological and organizational changes in public and private services establishments.The nature of the management methods and the importance of their impact were defined and measured according to a set of contextual factors. The author studied the impact of the organizational changes related to the moving and relocation of three establishments, thus allowing him to formulate recommendations for improving how change is managed and to identify preventive measures relating to occupational health and safety.The author was also specifically interested in the social representations of the employees and the groups of employees from different levels in order to better understand and explain individual and group attitudes and behaviours regarding occupational health and safety in their environment.
