Abstract

QI Recherche et Développement Technologique created an index of floor cleaners used in food services and kitchens. This document completes a study on the conditions for using these cleaners, which identified the most effective product categories according to the type of floor covering, the grease present and the work method employed.

The purpose of this index is to associate the brand names of these products with the category to which they belong in order to allow users to choose those that meet their needs. Thus, the first edition contains one hundred cleaners, originating from a dozen cleaning product manufacturers. They are listed alphabetically by brand name, category and manufacturer, and provide information about the latter.
