The measures that have been retained and approved can then be detailed in an action plan. If you used the Developing an Action Plan Form, you could use the same action targets and measures retained on page 1 of the tool.
Now it is a matter of concretely detailing the implementation of the retained targets and measures by setting deadlines and appointing individuals to be in charge.
Indicators for monitoring the targets and measures retained could be envisaged when the action plan is drawn up. These indicators serve as reference points for monitoring the progress being made regarding a given measure and its success relative to the initial objective.
Examples of monitoring indicators are the number of people reached by an activity, the number of teams affected by a change in procedure, or the production of a corporate document.
