You can take action!
It is not only the implementation of the interventions that should be evaluated, but also their effects on work organization, organizational constraints, and workplace violence.
Evaluating the changes generated in work organization following implementation of the chosen measures is one way of ensuring that the objectives have indeed been achieved. It also provides an additional opportunity for giving the persons concerned who do not sit on the implementation committee, as well as employees, a chance to express their viewpoints.
Changes can thus be monitored:
Here is a model you can use either as is or as a source of inspiration if you decide to conduct interviews or hold discussions with key informants.

Here is a second model in the event that you opt for broader consultation with all employees, via email or the Intranet (or some other means).
Consultation – Employees

In both cases, you can use the tool designed for evaluating the changes generated in work organization; it is found at the end of the Action Plan Implementation Assessment form.
Depending on the organization’s needs and resources, the effects of the interventions on the risk factors and on the workers’ health could also be evaluated. However, this means that the organization must have conducted an initial evaluation of the prevalence of the risks factors in the organization and of the workers’ health in Step 2, by means of a questionnaire. If this is the case, the same questionnaire can be used again, and perhaps a short section even included at the end for the purpose of consulting employees about the measures implemented and their effectiveness.
