Scholarship application forms 

 

	Please read carefully the rules relating to your category before filling out your scholarship application.
	The deadline for receiving applications at the IRSST is the third Wednesday of October (postmark is proof).
	The forms below are Word documents. They can be completed directly on the screen, but must be forwarded to the IRSST in an envelope with all the required documents.
