From Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 12 noon, and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Our offices are now closed from 12 noon to 1 p.m.
(Packages can be left between 12 noon and 1 p.m., but no staff member is available to confirm receipt.)
The Customer Service - Laboratories (SAC-Labo) receives, processes and follows up on requests for service.
