Jérôme Boutin

Jérôme works in the field of physical measurements. An IRSST employee since 1982, he contributed to the creation of the acoustic calibration laboratory and the metrology laboratory for human exposure to vibrations. He has assisted in numerous research projects and responded to requests for expertise. Holder of a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering since 1998, he is responsible for measurement and technical development aspects on the IRSST’s noise and vibration research team and in the ICAR laboratory (the ÉTS-IRSST shared infrastructure for acoustics research) dedicated to research and training on industrial acoustics.
