The IRSST, Research for a changing world

 «Looking back on 2008—my first year at the helm of the IRSST— I was truly proud to note the diverse range of its scientific and technical output and the many needs it met in numerous workplaces.»

«Our 2008 activity portfolio featured new thematic programs; the development of analytical methods, maps, and an information monitoring process for each research field; statistical profiles; a new electron microscopy service; calls for research proposals on specific issues; the development of a framework of practice for knowledge transfer; responses to requests for expertise; partnerships; and the organization of strategic and scientific benchmarking meetings», commented Marie Larue, IRSST's president-CEO.

The 2008 Activity Report also contains a calendar summarizing the main activities of the institute and its personnel, locally, nationally and internationally. In it, as in previous years, you will also find a list of the year’s scientific publications.
