Enrichment of a training capsule to illustrate the phenomena that affect lift truck stability Abstract The aim of the project is to promote and support quality jobs in the home support sector, a sector of the social economy. Starting with the observation that this sector is growing rapidly today but facing some difficulties regarding working conditions and occupational health and safety, the two partners have developed extensive research on these conditions in order to identify avenues for improvement. The expected cooperation is based on the partners’ acquired expertise about the same sector. It aims to promote and transfer this expertise through the exchange of research results (in particular, operational results on good practices). The project will take 2 years and will have two phases. The first phase will consist of a survey and a comparison of the good practices brought to light in the respective work of the two partners. From this, the second phase will involve the development of a practical guide intended for professionals in the field.
