Knowledge transfer related to thematic programming on lockout Abstract This knowledge transfer activity is part of a thematic program whose first study aims to list, analyze and compare lockout procedures and programs, as presented in the literature and applied in workplaces. It consists first of identifying professionals interested in this problem, of establishing links with them, and of specifying their needs. This process will allow the researchers to orient the thematic research program in relation to these needs and the professionals’ knowledge about the lockout question. Subsequently, promotion and transfer activities for the knowledge resulting from this research will be carried out in collaboration with the researchers, thus facilitating its appropriation by intermediaries and by the workplaces involved.
