This computer-based tool converts the expression of concentrations from g/L (or multiples thereof) to SI units (mmol/L or multiples thereof), and vice versa.

Conversion is possible not only for the 32 pre-selected substances, but also for any product with a known chemical formula (e.g. NH4, NaCl); standard chemical formatting (upper/lower case) must be observed when entering the formula.
