Human Resources

Mandate

The Human Resources Department is responsible for ensuring that the Institute can count on qualified, efficient and committed staff. The different areas that we are involved in are:

  • Designing and applying the various policies that meet the Institute's needs.
  • Developing programs and processes in human resources management and labour relations.
  • Evaluating the employees' needs, and coordinating recruitment and induction.
  • Seeing that policies that ensure the occupational health and safety of employees continue to be applied.
  • Being responsible for personnel development, meaning everything involved in assessment, training and career management.
  • Providing support to employees and guiding managers in human resources management activities.
