The Finance and Administration Division is responsible for planning and coordinating the finances as well as the human and physical resources in such a way as to ensure the Institute's administrative credibility, especially through the development and use of tools with which to follow-up the implementation of programming and performance measurement. It lends administrative support to the scientific and technical activities and manages clerical staff.
