Development of a questionnaire on FSAs’ OHS risks that integrates work activity and organization components Abstract Interested by the results of the study entitled “Importance of work organization as support for the protective strategies of home health aides and nurses from home care services and support services”, members of the occupational health and safety (OHS) committee of a Québec health and social services centre asked the research team to help them develop and validate a questionnaire on the OHS risks of family and social auxiliaries (FSAs) by integrating the components of the work activity and its organization into the questionnaire. This was one opportunity for the researchers to transfer and promote the complex results of this study, namely a work organization model that protects the OHS of home care personnel. The questionnaire thus produced will be a tool for following up on and monitoring a professional group at high risk of OHS problems, taking into account the particular aspects of the organization of its work.
